What is ThetaHealing® and how does it work?

ThetaHealing® is a gentle, intuitive energy healing modality that works with the subconscious to release limiting beliefs, trauma, and emotional patterns. We connect through meditation and clear blocks that may be holding you back from living fully and freely.

What happens during a 1:1 session?

Each session is guided intuitively and personalised to your needs. You’ll be held in a safe space where we explore beliefs, connect with the body, and invite transformation through energy work and insight.

What is The Unravelling?

The Unravelling is a 12 week sacred journey of healing, soul remembrance, and release. It weaves together advanced ThetaHealing®, inner child work, and intuitive guidance, supporting you to shift deeply rooted patterns and reconnect with your truth

Is Angelic Reiki done in person or at a distance?

Angelic Reiki can be received from anywhere in the world. Distance sessions are just as powerful, the energy flows beyond space and time.

What is energetic massage?

This is a trauma informed in person treatment that combines intuitive touch with subtle energy work to help release emotional tension, re balance the nervous system, and gently restore flow in the body.

I’ve never had energy work before. Is it for me?

Absolutely. If you're feeling drawn to this work, it's likely your soul is ready. You don’t need any prior experience, just an open heart and willingness to explore.

How do I book a session?

Can I work with you if I’m outside the UK?

Yes. Most of my work is available worldwide via Zoom or distance energy healing. You are welcome wherever you are.
